Maintenance Support Technician - Dignity Housing
Overview
The Maintenance Support Technician will own tenant vendor interactions and handle facility upkeep in Philadelphia. This role differs by focusing on hands-on repairs and property management tasks.
What You'll Do8
- 1Provide excellent customer service to tenants vendors and visitors
- 2Install tile and laminate flooring
- 3Apply basic cabinetry skills for kitchen bathroom cabinets
- 4Manage daily facility and grounds maintenance
- 5Assist maintenance mechanic to turn over empty units
- 6Address tenant maintenance requests via Buildium software with photo documentation
- 7Ensure grounds remain clean and clear of debris
- 8Report all issues to Property Manager and Program Manager
Requirements6
- 1High school diploma GED or technical school graduate required
- 2Completion of approved technical training in plumbing electric carpentry or air conditioning
- 3Valid driver’s license current vehicle insurance and personal vehicle availability
- 4Ability to lift 50 lbs climb ladders and stand eight hours
- 5Availability evenings weekends and holidays for emergencies
- 61-2 years quality maintenance experience for multiunit properties
