What You'll Do5

Requirements5
- 1High school diploma or equivalent knowledge of basic building maintenance
- 2Minimum of one year in skilled maintenance work
- 3Legally operate a motor vehicle with valid driver's license and insurance
- 4Preferred technical training in building trades
- 5Preference for entrepreneurial spirit
