Project Manager, Facilities & Strategic Operations
Overview
You will own a portfolio of complex facility projects, driving them from initiation to lessons learned. Working with Strategic Operations leadership, you'll manage timelines, budgets, and cross-functional teams. What You'll Do10
- 1Manage a portfolio of complex projects and initiatives alongside Strategic Operations team leadership.
- 2Own the full project lifecycle, from initiation to lessons learned, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- 3Coordinate the annual strategic plan and manage corresponding action items and project work.
- 4Engage stakeholders to enable and support business growth changes.
- 5Mentor junior team members on best practices for project and stakeholder management.
- 6Develop project plans, presentations, and proposals to launch projects successfully.
- 7Manage the facility pillar to maximize business growth and optimize opportunities.
- 8Support client relationships to expand new business opportunities.
- 9Coordinate and host project meetings including kickoffs, steering committee calls, updates, and lessons learned.
- 10Monitor and report on project health and organizational metrics using Asana and Google tools.
Requirements9
- 13-5 years of facilities and project management experience in restaurant, hotel, stadium, or retail settings.
- 2Bachelor's Degree in a technical field preferred.
- 3Demonstrated experience using Google products including Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, and Sites.
- 4Experience with Asana or other project management platforms.
- 5Strong planning and coordination skills to handle multiple priorities and diverse clients.
- 6Outstanding communication skills: oral, written, presentation, and listening.
- 7Ability to influence and manage team members at all levels.
- 8Ability to prioritize workload and respond quickly to time-sensitive requests.
- 9Ability to speak clearly and listen attentively to staff, peers, supervisors, guests, and clients.
