What You'll Do10
- 1Identify capital expenditures and develop strategic asset plans through property inspections and project execution
- 2Create detailed project budgets and monitor costs to ensure financial adherence
- 3Develop schedules and manage milestones to meet targeted completion dates
- 4Coordinate with general contractors and negotiate contracts to complete assignments
- 5Maintain communication between stakeholders and address schedule or budget challenges
- 6Support national initiatives for continuous improvement and process optimization
- 7Perform due diligence for acquisitions and redevelopments
- 8Advise management on project delays and recommend alternate actions
- 9Research procedures for service improvements and implement solutions
- 10Provide emergency response and handle acquisition related tasks
Requirements8
- 15+ years commercial construction management experience
- 2Strong project accounting skills including budget development and contract management
- 3Customer centric attitude with collaboration abilities
- 4Undergraduate degree from an accredited university
- 5Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- 6Proficiency in MS Office applications
- 7Previous project management experience with a general contractor is a plus
- 8Frequent travel requirement
