Field Support Manager, Hospitality Operations & Travel Leadership
Overview
Own hands-on hotel operations across multiple locations with extensive field support at scale. Lead guest service, safety, and team development while ensuring brand standards and guest satisfaction. This role blends operational excellence with travel-heavy leadership and the ability to step into front desk, housekeeping, or maintenance as needed. You’ll differentiate through strong safety compliance, financial awareness, and proactive community engagement.
What You'll Do10
- 1Lead guest service and operational excellence across properties to resolve issues quickly and maintain brand standards
- 2Recruit, hire, train, and supervise hotel employees while enforcing policies and fostering an inclusive workplace
- 3Ensure safety compliance with OSHA and company standards, manage audits and security procedures
- 4Oversee payroll, cash handling, inventory control, and scheduling to support hotel profitability
- 5Support marketing and sales efforts with market awareness and community engagement
- 6Perform multiple hotel roles as needed and assist with preventive maintenance and equipment needs
- 7Inspect rooms for quality, safety, and cleanliness and drive continuous improvement
- 8Coordinate with local law enforcement as needed and manage key control procedures
- 9Monitor operations to ensure regulatory compliance and accurate reporting
- 10Travel extensively to support field teams and drive operational outcomes
Requirements6
- 1Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 2Prior hotel operations or hospitality leadership experience preferred
- 3Valid driver’s license and insurable for driving
- 4Strong written and verbal communication skills
- 5Proficiency with basic computer tools including Microsoft Office
- 6Ability to travel 75%–95% and work in a hands-on leadership capacity
