What You'll Do10
- 1Own network performance for field service operations, executing and reinforcing operating standards and performance management systems across 7+ sites.
- 2Drive consistent field service execution against planned schedules through manager-level leaders, mitigating operational risks and meeting customer commitments.
- 3Manage a performance review system for key metrics including productivity, utilization, service levels, labor efficiency, cost-to-serve, and first-time fix.
- 4Coach managers on Managerial Leadership Practices, setting expectations and developing leaders who sustain execution discipline.
- 5Standardize field service processes and operating rhythms across the network, reducing variability and improving service reliability.
- 6Embed safety, compliance, and quality expectations into field operations through standard work and leadership routines.
- 7Identify recurring execution gaps and partner with network leaders to improve process adherence and operational consistency.
- 8Ensure field service technologies and reporting systems are utilized to drive data-informed decisions and continuous improvement.
- 9Provide operational guidance on technology priorities and system enhancements to boost service reliability and utilization.
- 10Represent Field Services in cross-functional planning with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Dispatch, and Technology, resolving constraints and improving service readiness.
Requirements9
- 1Bachelor's degree in Operations, Business, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 27+ years in field service operations or service delivery, including leading and coaching managers in a distributed environment.
- 3Proven track record building managerial capability through coaching, performance management, and leadership development.
- 4Strong experience managing service KPIs including productivity, utilization, service levels, labor efficiency, cost-to-serve, and first-time fix.
- 5Ability to drive standardization and process adherence across multiple sites or regions.
- 6Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Dispatch, and Technology.
- 7Hands-on experience with field service technologies, dispatch systems, and reporting platforms.
- 8Analytical, problem-solving, communication, and coaching skills.
- 9Willingness to travel 50%+.
