What You'll Do8

  • 1Lead a team of Field Service Technicians, setting daily priorities and ensuring quality service delivery
  • 2Train new staff on installation, repair, and customer interaction protocols, bringing them to proficiency within 90 days
  • 3Conduct technical site surveys for plumbing, drainage, and building layout, recommending solutions for water filtration and dispensing units
  • 4Maintain customer satisfaction by resolving escalated issues and ensuring follow-up on service tickets
  • 5Submit accurate reports on expenses, payroll, and service metrics to the Regional Service Director
  • 6Support the Regional Service Director with hiring, onboarding, and administrative tasks
  • 7Step in as acting Regional Service Director when needed, managing regional operations
  • 8Manage the on-call rotation for the region, ensuring 24/7 coverage for urgent customer needs

Requirements10

  • 13+ years managing field service teams, with route-based experience preferred
  • 22+ years working with water filtration, coolers, ice machines, or coffee/tea dispensers
  • 3Vocational technical diploma or certification in a related field
  • 4Experience using power tools, ladders, and aerial work platforms over 6 feet
  • 5OSHA 10-hour certified or willing to obtain within 3 months
  • 6Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to lead team meetings and customer interactions
  • 7Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • 8Fluent with tablets and smartphones for field service management
  • 9Experience with ServiceMax or Salesforce is a plus
  • 10Valid driver's license and ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
