What You'll Do10
- 1Build preservation workflows for each property including winterization, lawn maintenance, debris removal and lock changes
- 2Deliver initial services and sales clean to prepare properties for conveyance
- 3Board and secure properties, perform minor repairs, and coordinate with client timelines
- 4Prepare and submit detailed reports with photos, bids, and progress updates
- 5Estimate repair and replacement items and respond to client requests in a timely manner
- 6Manage inventory of HUD locks and standard materials for regular use
- 7Communicate with clients and vendors to ensure property readiness within deadlines
- 8Maintain and operate personal transportation and equipment to job sites
- 9Ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards
- 10Provide accurate bid pricing and document all work performed
