What You'll Do9
- 1Build and perform lawn maintenance, debris removal, debris/Junk removal, and basic repairs to meet client deadlines
- 2Design initial services including sales clean and boarding for properties to protect during preservation
- 3Manage lock changes, boarding, and general minor repairs with attention to safety and quality
- 4Coordinate with clients on job scope and timelines to ensure on-time completion
- 5Ship and install preservation tasks with adherence to allowable list and bidding terms
- 6Own scheduling and on-site workflow to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction
- 7Scale service offerings by adopting efficient processes and tracking job outcomes
- 8Drive communication with clients and internal teams to resolve issues promptly
- 9Debug and troubleshoot issues on-site to maintain continuous service delivery

- 2Experience in property maintenance or preservation duties or willingness to train
- 3Ability to meet client deadlines
- 4Equipment required for tasks as specified by the job and job scope
- 5Willingness to work onsite across Delaware State
- 6Ability to bid and perform tasks as per the allowable list
- 7Weekly payment arrangement or as per company policy
- 8Previous experience in lawn maintenance or preservation preferred
