Own and operate as a Property Preservation/REO contractor at scale in North Carolina with responsibility for preserving vacant properties. Work with local counties Forsyth, Guilford, and Alamance alongside client deadlines. This role emphasizes hands on duties, reporting with photos and bids, and maintaining equipment and inventory. What You'll Do8
- 1Build and complete lawn maintenance, debris removal, and lock changes to ready properties for disposition
- 2Report results with detailed photos, bids, and documentation to meet client deadlines
- 3Estimate repair or replacement items and provide transparent bid details
- 4Maintain own transportation and equipment to perform preservation tasks on schedule
- 5Manage inventory of HUD locks, hardware, and regular material needs on site
- 6Coordinate with clients and vendors to ensure compliance with HUD and program requirements
- 7Ensure accurate reporting of condition, tasks completed, and timelines in all delivered materials
- 8Repair or replace items as requested within established budgets and guidelines

- 1Must have own transportation and reliable access to work sites in NC
- 2Experience performing standard preservation duties including lawn maintenance, debris removal, lock changes, and reporting
- 3Own equipment and inventory of HUD locks and materials needed on a regular basis
