Property Preservation Contractor, NC REO & Maintenance
Overview
Own property preservation tasks at scale across multiple North Carolina counties. Lead standard preservation duties including winterizations, lawn care, debris removal, lock changes, and initial sales clean. Collaborate with a team of on-site contractors and submit accurate reports with photos and bids. This role emphasizes client deadlines, inventory readiness, and reliable transportation. What You'll Do5
- 1Build preservation tasks for assigned properties and ensure they meet conveyance standards within 90 days
- 2Report results with detailed photos, bids, and notes to drive timely approvals
- 3Boarding and initial services including sales clean to prepare properties for market
- 4Coordinate with property owners and clients to meet deadlines and maintain inventory of HUD locks and materials
- 5Inspect properties, perform minor repairs, and document condition changes for each site
Requirements6
- 1Must own transportation
- 2Experience in standard preservation duties such as winterizations, lawn maintenance, debris removal, lock changes, and initial services
- 3Ability to provide estimates for repairs or replacements on request
- 4Detail oriented reporting with photos, bids, and documentation
- 5Inventory of HUD locks and required materials and ability to maintain on-hand supply
- 6Willingness to work across multiple NC counties including Burke, Catawba, Caldwell, Iredell, McDowell, Lincolnton, Cleveland, Alexander, Rutherford
