Overview
Own and manage lawn maintenance and preservation tasks for multiple properties at scale. You’ll cover services such as lawn care, debris removal, lock changes, initial sales clean, boarding, and minor repairs for a growing client base. Work with a team of property preservation professionals and meet client deadlines in a fast-moving environment. This role offers on-site, full-time opportunities with weekly pay and flexible scheduling.
What You'll Do9
- 1Build and perform lawn maintenance, debris removal, and boarding on client properties to preserve value and meet deadlines
- 2Design and execute initial services including sales clean to support new client onboarding
- 3Ship/complete lock changes and minor household repairs to ensure security and readiness of sites
- 4Own property maintenance tasks with attention to safety, quality, and efficiency
- 5Scale service delivery by coordinating with clients and internal teams to hit weekly schedules
- 6Debug and troubleshoot any site issues and communicate resolutions to clients
- 7Drive adherence to allowed scope and bidding guidelines to ensure profitable engagements
- 8Deliver consistent, high-quality workmanship across multiple job sites
- 9Lead by example in safety practices and customer service standards
Requirements5
- 1Must have own transportation and be able to travel to multiple locations
- 2Experience in property maintenance or preservation duties (or willingness to be trained) including lawn maintenance, debris/junk removal, lock changes, initial services, boarding, and minor repairs
- 3Ability to meet client deadlines and manage time effectively
- 4Equipment ownership or ability to procure required tools and equipment
- 5Able to work onsite in various locations within New York including Rome and surrounding areas
