What You'll Do9
- 1Build a service delivery flow to complete lawn maintenance, debris removal, and minor repairs on schedule
- 2Design and perform initial services including sales clean and boarding to meet client expectations
- 3Own lock changes and general maintenance tasks while ensuring site security and cleanliness
- 4Ship compliant property preservation tasks to maintain property condition across client sites
- 5Scale operations by coordinating equipment, transportation, and scheduling to meet weekly payments
- 6Drive quality outcomes by documenting work and communicating progress to clients
- 7Develop routines for meeting deadlines and handling on-site challenges
- 8Improve processes for debris, junk removal, and minor repairs to reduce turnaround times
- 9Coordinate with clients to understand site requirements and deliver consistent results
Requirements8
- 1Must have own transportation
- 2Experience in property maintenance or preservation duties or willingness to be trained
- 3Ability to meet client deadlines
- 4Ability to perform lawn maintenance and debris removal and other listed tasks
- 5First-hand access to necessary equipment or readiness to obtain within scope of job
- 6Willingness to work on-site in NY locations including St Lawrence, Franklin, Clinton
- 7Experience or interest in starting with initial services and sales clean
- 8Capable of working independently and adhering to safety standards
