- 6Develops baseline schedules with superintendent and VP of Operations
- 7Monitors costs and schedules recommending corrective actions when needed
- 8Manages scope of work and oversees contract documentation
- 9Proactively identifies scope changes and adjusts plans accordingly
- 10Analyzes risks that could impact deliverables
- 11Reviews change orders and addresses contractor payment requests
- 12Prepares reports for management owners and stakeholders
- 13Manages claims and resolves issues with subcontractors and suppliers
- 14Participates in coordination meetings and ensures regulatory compliance
- 15Maintains quality control and works with safety director for safe practices
- 16Builds relationships with owners and architects
- 17Tracks project completion and financial outcomes
- 18Leads close-out activities and ensures customer satisfaction
Requirements11
- 15+ years experience in construction project management
- 27-10 years proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling tools like Primavera
- 3Certified in PMP or equivalent construction leadership certification
- 4Hands-on experience with AWS cloud solutions for project data storage
- 5Expertise in React for internal dashboards and reporting platforms
- 6Strong understanding of Kubernetes for scalable infrastructure
- 7Bachelor's degree in Construction Management Engineering Architecture or related field
- 8Advanced knowledge of cost estimating techniques
- 9Leadership skills demonstrated through team motivation and results
- 10Excellent communication abilities for stakeholder interactions
- 11Physical stamina required for site visits and office duties
