Overview

As Project Manager for Lusive Decor, you own delivery of bespoke hospitality lighting projects from order to installation, working directly with designers, architects, and contractors on notable U.S. and international projects. You join a growing team of manufacturing and design experts in East Los Angeles, coordinating cross-functionally to keep projects on time and on budget. Your decisions shape client satisfaction and repeat business, with AutoCAD proficiency and PMP certification as differentiators.

What You'll Do7

  • 1Define customer requirements and drive on-time, on-budget completion of each project.
  • 2Coordinate cross-department deadlines and quality standards from order entry through design, AutoCAD drafting, manufacturing, QC, shipping, and installation.
  • 3Communicate with stakeholders daily to ensure alignment and flag risks early.
  • 4Build client trust by resolving requests promptly and professionally, converting current satisfaction into future projects.
  • 5Update project tracking tools and report progress to leadership weekly.
  • 6Source and evaluate materials, finishes, and construction techniques to meet design intent and budget.
  • 7Lead project meetings with internal teams and external partners, driving decisions to closure.

Requirements7

  • 13-5 years managing projects in interior design, architecture, or product design.
  • 2Proficiency with Microsoft Suite including Excel, Project, and Outlook.
  • 3Hands-on AutoCAD experience for lighting or architectural drawings.
  • 4Track record of meeting multiple deadlines in manufacturing or construction environments.
  • 5Strong organizational and communication skills, adapting style to audiences from contractors to C-suite.
  • 6Critical thinking and problem-solving under shifting priorities.
  • 7Occasional travel, evenings, or weekends as project demands.
