AV Project Manager, Hospitality Design-Build
Overview
You will own end-to-end delivery of large-scale commercial AV design-build projects in hospitality venues across Las Vegas. You will coordinate engineering, installation, and commissioning teams while serving as the primary client and general contractor contact. This role demands 10+ years of commercial AV project management experience and deep hospitality domain knowledge. You will drive projects from design through close-out, managing budgets, schedules, and risk. The role stands apart through its design-build focus and exposure to Crestron, Q-Sys, and Biamp systems.
What You'll Do6
- 1Build and maintain project schedules, budgets, staffing plans, and risk assessments for AV design-build projects.
- 2Coordinate engineering, installation, and commissioning teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- 3Drive scope changes, change orders, and value engineering with clients, architects, and construction partners.
- 4Lead on-site installation activities and logistics, resolving issues as they arise.
- 5Own testing, commissioning, and client acceptance, ensuring systems meet specifications.
- 6Deliver documentation, training, and close-out packages to clients and stakeholders.
Requirements13
- 110+ years managing commercial AV projects
- 2Extensive hospitality AV experience (hotels, resorts, casinos, conference centers)
- 3Proven success managing large-scale design-build projects
- 4Strong understanding of audio, video, control, and networking systems
- 5CTS, CTS-D, or CTS-I certification
- 6Experience with CAD/Revit drawings
- 7Strong vendor and subcontractor management skills
- 8Willingness to travel as required and work beyond 40 hours when necessary
- 9Hands-on experience with Q-Sys, Biamp, Crestron software and Crestron Digital Media certifications (DM-D, DM-E, DM-NVX)
- 10Network switch CLI experience (Brocade, Cisco)
- 11Brightsign setup/programming experience
- 12Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Visio, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Bluebeam
- 13Audio Architect and London Architect experience

$120 - $135k per year
