What You'll Do9
- 1Manage integration projects from scope definition through closeout, coordinating schedules, resources, and installation activities.
- 2Act as primary client contact during execution and installations, ensuring clear status updates.
- 3Lead installation teams, verifying work meets specs and quality standards.
- 4Coordinate engineering, procurement, logistics, vendors, and subcontractors to meet project milestones.
- 5Monitor equipment availability, lead times, and staging to prevent delays.
- 6Track budgets and schedules, flagging risks and implementing fixes.
- 7Support proposals, quotations, scopes, and change orders.
- 8Enforce OSHA and client safety policies, including PPE use.
- 9Document project progress and communicate to stakeholders.
Requirements9
- 15+ years in project management, including 2–3 years managing AV, broadcast, or similar installations.
- 2Track record of delivering projects from start to finish.
- 3Working knowledge of AV systems, signal flow, networking, and rack infrastructure.
- 4Experience with budgets, vendors, and subcontractors.
- 5Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- 6Clear communication for clients and teams.
- 7Willingness to travel to customer sites.
- 8PMP or OSHA 30 certification preferred.
- 9Familiarity with Salesforce or CRM platforms is a plus.
