AV Project Manager, Commercial Integration
Overview
You will own complex commercial AV projects from concept to completion, guiding delivery for clients like ExxonMobil, AT&T, and Apple. You will align project managers, engineers, and technicians to meet safety, budget, and schedule targets. You will partner with sales during pre-sale estimation and mentor a growing AV team. This role stands out for its scale, with projects spanning stadiums, airports, and command centers. You will work onsite in Houston with travel to project sites.
What You'll Do7
- 1Own end-to-end execution of commercial AV projects, ensuring safety, specifications, budget, and schedule compliance.
- 2Drive pre-sale estimation reviews, collaborating with sales on bids to set accurate project scopes.
- 3Build strong client relationships through clear communication and responsive problem solving.
- 4Mentor Job Superintendents, Installation Technicians, and Engineers to hit project goals.
- 5Align people, processes, and resources to deliver AV systems that meet company standards.
- 6Travel to project sites as needed, overseeing field work and quality control.
- 7Manage project documentation in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PM software.
