Requirements11
- 15+ years residential AV installation and troubleshooting experience
- 2CPC Card certification preferred
- 3AWS Certified cloud services knowledge required
- 4Control4 and Savant system expertise mandatory
- 55+ years experience with Crestron and Lutron platforms
- 6Strong understanding of networking fundamentals and advanced configurations
- 7Proven ability to diagnose complex integration issues across multiple protocols
- 8Familiarity with automation frameworks and scripting languages
- 9Excellent communication skills for client education
- 10Ability to work independently in high-pressure environments
