Overview
You will own end-to-end delivery of complex lighting construction projects ensuring timely completion and budget adherence. Lead cross-functional teams while collaborating with senior management to define scope goals and deliverables. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and align activities with corporate objectives focusing on safety quality delivery and cost efficiency.
What You'll Do34
- 1Direct and manage large complex lighting construction projects from inception to closure
- 2Define project scope goals and deliverables through collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
- 3Develop comprehensive project plans and associated communication documents
- 4Communicate expectations clearly to team members and stakeholders
- 5Liaise with stakeholders on an ongoing basis
- 6Estimate resources participants needed to achieve project goals
- 7Develop employees to become self-sufficient in continuous improvement tools
- 8Lead continuous improvement events and align activities with corporate goals
- 9Perform root cause analysis identify waste and implement sustainable corrective actions
- 10Draft submit budget proposals recommend subsequent budget changes
- 11Negotiate with department managers for personnel acquisition
- 12Determine assess need for additional staff or consultants and adjust staffing accordingly
- 13Set manage project expectations with team members and stakeholders
- 14Delegate tasks and responsibilities to personnel
- 15Identify resolve issues and conflicts within project team
- 16Identify manage project dependencies and critical path

- 20Qualifications include associate degree required bachelor degree preferred 5 years required 7 years experience preferred in large-scale project management including process development and execution

Requirements11
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 25 years experience directing work in large-scale project management capacity including process development and execution
- 3Associate’s degree required bachelor’s degree preferred

- 5Excellent written verbal communication skills
- 6Ability to learn understand and apply new technologies
- 7Effective task prioritization and execution
