Overview
We seek an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead projects from preconstruction through closeout. The role delivers safe on schedule and budget results while maintaining quality and contract compliance. This position serves as primary contact for clients design teams and subcontractors ensuring strong coordination and clear communication across all phases. The ideal candidate excels in fast-paced environments and drives measurable outcomes.
What You'll Do13
- 1Lead all phases of construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
- 2Develop and manage project schedules budgets and work plans
- 3Interpret contracts drawings and specifications to ensure compliance
- 4Assist with preparation of coordinated scopes of work to eliminate trade gaps and overlaps
- 5Manage procurement subcontractors and change orders
- 6Oversee RFIs submittals and project documentation
- 7Monitor project costs forecasts and financial performance
- 8Lead project meetings with owners consultants and trade partners
- 9Provide daily site presence to ensure safety quality and progress
- 10Manage project closeout including punch lists warranties and final billing
- 11Create subcontractor SOVs review and approve subcontractor billings
- 12Create and manage owner billing process
- 13Oversee and partner with field staff including superintendents assistant project managers and project engineers
Requirements7
- 1Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management Engineering Architecture or related field
- 25+ years of project management experience commercial institutional healthcare or public works preferred
- 3Strong knowledge of construction methods scheduling budgeting and contract administration
- 4Experience with Procore Bluebeam MS Project or similar tools
- 5Proven leadership communication and problem solving skills
- 6Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- 75+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
