What You'll Do9
- 1Prepare and manage submittals and RFIs
- 2Review incoming submittals before sending to owners
- 3Update and maintain project baselines and weekly schedules
- 4Assist in managing work plans and pre-plan processes
- 5Perform quantity take-offs and process proposals
- 6Participate in project safety initiatives
- 7Create or contribute to weekly meeting agendas
- 8Manage environmental permits and regulations
- 9Own and drive project execution within defined scopes
Requirements7
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading complex technical projects
- 3Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management Engineering or related field
- 4Valid driver’s license with clean record
- 5Proficiency with Procore, Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project, and Bluebeam
- 6Strong communication and organizational abilities
- 7Experience with construction documentation and regulatory compliance
