Senior Project Engineer - Design Build
Overview
Design, fabricate, and install architectural and structural building systems leading cross-functional teams to deliver projects at Clark Pacific. Own complex scopes, ensure safety and cost control, and mentor junior engineers. Drive technical excellence and operational efficiency.
What You'll Do11
- 1Lead design phase activities including submittal drawings and design approvals
- 2Oversee production phase with shop drawings and material procurement
- 3Manage field erection through crane studies and logistics coordination
- 4Implement project management tactics for issue resolution and documentation
- 5Supervise subcontractors and field personnel during installation
- 6Maintain detailed project schedules and budgets
- 7Conduct quality checks and coordinate with procurement
- 8Communicate progress and risks to owners architects and contractors
- 9Provide training to multiple project engineers
- 10Develop 3D visualizations and interpret blueprints
- 11Solve complex problems to prevent future reoccurrences
Requirements11
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons managing complex construction projects
- 3BS in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering required
- 4EIT certification preferred
- 5Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Office Suite
- 6Strong mathematical abilities and 3D visualization skills
- 7Ability to read plans specifications and blueprints accurately
- 8Experience with safety protocols and regulatory compliance
- 9Excellent organizational skills for multi-stakeholder projects
- 10Physical stamina for occasional travel and field exposure
- 11Commitment to teamwork and conflict resolution

$95 - $120k per year
