Overview
The Project Engineer leads construction operations ensuring successful project delivery at scale. This role owns planning coordination execution and financial performance while collaborating with cross-functional teams. What You'll Do11
- 1Design and implement project documentation systems including RFIs and submittal registers
- 2Manage RFI workflow between subcontractors general contractors and consultants
- 3Coordinate weekly trade meetings and prepare meeting minutes
- 4Oversee material procurement and manage change order processes
- 5Prepare weekly concrete quantities and placement logs
- 6Conduct safety training and enforce PPE compliance onsite
- 7Assist with budget management and financial forecasting
- 8Lead subcontractor coordination and payment application processing
- 9Supervise field quality control and schedule updates
- 10Maintain project records and closeout documentation
- 11Participate in safety audits and toolbox talks
Requirements5
- 1Graduate degree in construction management engineering architecture or related field with 4+ years experience
- 2Proficiency in Prolog Primavera Bluebeam and Microsoft Office
- 3Experience with AWS Certified tools and Spark Airflow for data analysis
- 4Strong project management skills with focus on cost controls and schedule adherence
- 5Ability to lead teams through complex subcontractor coordination processes
