Program Analyst, Higher Education Data & Operations
Overview
Owns advanced planning, coordination, and analytical support for a high-volume college portfolio serving more than 9,500 dual enrollment students across 50+ high schools. Collaborates with Rio faculty chairs, Academic Affairs, and Student Affairs to optimize enrollment, scheduling, and partner workflows in a fast-paced environment. Drives data-informed decision making and continuous improvement across student lifecycle operations and cross-functional programs.
What You'll Do8
- 1Lead data analysis and reporting to inform leadership decisions and program evaluation
- 2Coordinate onboarding of new high school partners and ensure timely program implementation
- 3Develop and maintain course schedules and oversee dual enrollment reporting and SIS processes
- 4Identify operational bottlenecks and redesign processes to improve efficiency and accuracy
- 5Manage external partnerships and vendor relationships including contract drafting and reviews
- 6Produce SOPs, process maps, and training materials to standardize operations across departments
- 7Monitor compliance with institutional, state, and federal regulations and track budgets
- 8Communicate with stakeholders via multiple channels and prepare presentations for leadership
Requirements5
- 1Bachelor’s Degree from a regionally accredited institution in education, business, public administration, or related field plus two years of related program management experience
- 2OR equivalent combination of degree and related full-time work experience
- 3Experience coordinating or supporting Dual Enrollment or Early College programs is desirable
- 4Project coordination or project management experience including tracking timelines and cross-functional workflows is desirable
- 5Ability to travel regularly to MCCCD locations and work evenings or weekends as needed

$53 - $69k per year
