What You'll Do11
- 1Maintain and provide data, reports, and summaries for Texas One Stop and student success initiatives
- 2Ensure accurate record-keeping and analysis of student data
- 3Provide assessment support for assigned programs
- 4Review degree audits and course registration to identify graduation barriers
- 5Support improvement efforts targeting four-year graduation rates
- 6Communicate with students and advisors to troubleshoot graduation obstacles
- 7Follow intake protocols and assist students on a one-on-one basis
- 8Assist during peak periods via front desk or email to counsel students on enrollment services
- 9Apply critical analysis to address diverse student needs
- 10Participate in cross-functional committees and manage office procedures
- 11Develop and manage assigned tasks independently
Requirements11
- 1Bachelor's degree with 4 years relevant experience
- 2Proficiency with Microsoft 365 Office Suite
- 3Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
- 4Superior project management and time-management abilities
- 5Ability to multitask in high-stress environments
- 6Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed
- 7Relevant education and experience may be substituted
- 8Master's degree preferred
- 9Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and WaitWell
- 10Expertise with MS Word and Excel
- 11Spanish language proficiency required
