What You'll Do10

  • 1Serve as the primary point of contact for employer partners, guiding recruiting processes and access to CNS students
  • 2Schedule, prepare, and conduct employer meetings, assessing goals and strengthening long-term partnerships
  • 3Collaborate with CNS Career Services, Experiential Learning, and UT Career Success to align employer activities with strategy
  • 4Design and deliver targeted programs like recruiting prep sessions, employer spotlights, and site visits
  • 5Track program effectiveness, collect feedback, and refine programming based on insights
  • 6Plan and execute employer-facing events: career fairs, networking nights, industry panels, and mixers
  • 7Manage all event logistics: marketing, employer communication, registration, payments, room reservations, and post-event follow-up
  • 8Develop marketing strategies tailored to employers, industries, or student populations
  • 9Monitor the shared inbox, responding and forwarding inquiries appropriately
  • 10Participate in cross-campus working groups to enhance employer and student recruiting experiences

Requirements7

  • 1Bachelor's degree with 5+ years in program administration or coordination
  • 2Proven ability to foster employer relationships and drive student engagement in higher education
  • 3Experience in career services, university development, recruiting, or program management
  • 4Hands-on experience with project management tools like Smartsheet
  • 5Familiarity with recruiting platforms such as 12twenty or Handshake
  • 6Understanding of event planning, budget oversight, and vendor management
  • 7Knowledge of career readiness frameworks and compliance regulations including FERPA, SB17, and Title IX
