What You'll Do11
- 1Support coordination and execution of cross-team workshops and events
- 2Manage weekly communication strategies and engagement campaigns
- 3Assist in facilitating training sessions and serve as contact for questions
- 4Host resume review sessions with feedback on formatting and career readiness
- 5Track and report workshop engagement and learning data
- 6Conduct focus groups and develop recommendations for department improvements
- 7Correspond with employer, alumni, and community partners
- 8Perform other duties as assigned while adhering to ethical standards
- 9Report potential policy violations to IA ARMCS or IA HR
- 10Cooperate fully with investigations and maintain confidentiality
- 11Ensure compliance with Title IX and university policies
