Overview
Lead coordination of program initiatives supporting a large scale after school and summer programs. Develop resources manage timelines and ensure stakeholder collaboration. This role drives operational efficiency and supports program managers.
What You'll Do11
- 1Create and maintain templates, guides and resources for recruitment enrollment and compliance using After School Matters database and Cityspan
- 2Support renewal application processes and pilot program implementation
- 3Coordinate project management activities resources equipment and track progress
- 4Monitor budgets personnel and deadlines flagging issues for manager approval
- 5Maintain project dashboards and documentation
- 6Propose workflow optimizations to improve project outcomes
- 7Communicate key processes to staff instructors and teens via Zendesk
- 8Provide technical assistance with Cityspan Google Classroom and Google Meet
- 9Lead training sessions for new staff focusing on administrative processes
- 10Assist with fiscal year timeline updates
- 11Attend branch meetings to share operations updates
Requirements8
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 24 years professional experience in technical support or project coordination
- 3Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications especially Excel
- 4Strong analytical problem solving abilities
- 5Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- 6Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- 7Experience with customer support platforms
- 8Understanding of nonprofit program management practices
Salary Insight
$46 - $50k per year
