What You'll Do22
- 1Provide active supervision of students throughout the after-school program
- 2Ensure the safety and well-being of all students at all times
- 3Maintain appropriate staff-to-student ratios
- 4Follow all school safety procedures emergency protocols and dismissal procedures
- 5Assist with student sign-in and sign-out
- 6Plan and facilitate age-appropriate games activities crafts and enrichment opportunities
- 7Supervise homework time and provide appropriate assistance
- 8Foster a positive respectful classroom culture
- 9Reinforce core values such as self-confidence perseverance integrity respect innovation teamwork
- 10Use positive behavior management strategies to guide student behavior
- 11Communicate student concerns injuries or behavioral issues to the After School Program Director
- 12Prepare activity materials and assist with program setup and cleanup
- 13Maintain a clean organized and safe environment
- 14Care for program supplies and equipment
- 15Assist with snack distribution and cleanup following health and safety guidelines
- 16Arrive on time prepared for each shift
- 17Maintain confidentiality regarding students and families
- 18Demonstrate professionalism and positive role modeling
- 19Work collaboratively as part of a team
- 20Maintain a positive flexible attitude
- 21Participate in required meetings and trainings
- 22Follow all Pen Ryn School policies and procedures

- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
