What You'll Do11
- 1Conduct needs-based assessments and service planning for children and youth
- 2Support children`s safety well-being health school attendance and developmental needs
- 3Coordinate services and connect families to community resources
- 4Serve as liaison between families schools treatment providers and case managers
- 5Develop and implement engaging daily activities for children
- 6Monitor educational progress and learning environments
- 7Supervise school attendance academic performance and recognition activities
- 8Ensure compliance with the McKinney-Vento Reauthorization Act
- 9Assist with trauma-informed programming and Bright Horizons funding
- 10Coordinate a high-quality summer camp focused on cognitive social and emotional development
- 11Prepare reports documentation and collaborate with leadership
Requirements5
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Certified Professional in Child Behavior Analysis
- 33-5 seasons leading teams
- 4Experience with trauma-informed care frameworks
- 5Strong communication skills for stakeholder collaboration
