Overview

Create Social Skills Services for Children Diagnosed with Autism in Philadelphia. Develop therapeutic interventions that enhance communication problem solving and emotional regulation across diverse settings. This role focuses on evidence based practices within the CREATE program framework.

What You'll Do11

  • 1Review behavior plans and documentation to understand client needs and present challenges
  • 2Identify individual family and community strengths to support therapeutic outcomes
  • 3Provide therapeutic support using prescribed methods including crisis intervention and behavioral reinforcement
  • 4Engage families and team members with progress updates aligned with treatment goals
  • 5Intervene during crises while maintaining documentation compliance with corporate procedures
  • 6Support curriculum development and classroom setup for daily program delivery
  • 7Track client progress toward objectives and analyze outcome data
  • 8Maintain consistent communication with families regarding client development
  • 9Assist with licensure supervision and complete required forms promptly
  • 10Participate in organizational committees and professional growth initiatives
  • 11Balance clinical duties with self care through flexible scheduling options

Requirements10

  • 15+ years building therapeutic programs with Spark and Airflow
  • 23-5 seasons leading teams in clinical environments
  • 3CPC Card certification preferred
  • 4BCBA credential valued
  • 5AWS Certified relevant experience
  • 65+ years designing ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
  • 73-5 seasons implementing solutions using Kubernetes
  • 85+ years managing data workflows with Python
  • 93-5 seasons optimizing processes through React integration
  • 105+ years scaling applications using Kubernetes
