Case Management Supervisor - Recovery Support Services

What You'll Do11
- 1Manage and coordinate staff activities to deliver comprehensive treatment services
- 2Supervise case managers and handle emergency service requests
- 3Oversee assessment processes using strength-based approaches
- 4Coordinate with external providers and maintain stakeholder relationships
- 5Establish community networks and liaison mechanisms
- 6Conduct bi-weekly team supervision and monitor daily operations
- 7Assign caseload and resolve team conflicts regarding treatment approaches
- 8Ensure documentation compliance and complete required reports
- 9Maintain adherence to state and county substance abuse treatment standards
- 10Participate in agency meetings and complete mandatory training
- 11Assist individuals in enhancing community tenure and independent functioning
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading mental health service teams
- 3Expertise in substance abuse treatment and homelessness interventions
- 4Strong communication and team leadership abilities
- 5Proficiency in mental health system navigation and resource coordination
- 6Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
- 7Master's degree in social work or related field
- 8Experience with AWS and Kubernetes platforms
- 9Familiarity with CPC Card and BCBA certifications
- 10Background in criminal justice or behavioral health systems
