What You'll Do9
- 1Design and implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions for diverse patient populations
- 2Lead individual and group therapy sessions with measurable client outcomes

- 5Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient services

Requirements10
- 15+ years experience delivering mental health services using Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading clinical teams in fast-paced environments
- 3CPC Card certification preferred
- 4BCBA credential valued
- 5LCSW/LMHC licensure required
- 6AWS cloud infrastructure knowledge beneficial
- 7Kubernetes deployment skills appreciated
- 8Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively
- 9Strong communication and interpersonal skills demonstrated
