What You'll Do9
- 1Design and implement therapeutic interventions that drive measurable improvements in client wellness
- 2Lead telehealth sessions from a home office while maintaining professional standards
- 3Collaborate with supervisors to provide case consultations and clinical guidance
- 4Participate in weekly supervision sessions to refine practice approaches
- 5Contribute to peer consultation groups and share evidence-based practices
- 6Manage administrative tasks including documentation and insurance processing
- 7Support practice operations by handling credentialing and compliance activities
- 8Deliver comprehensive outpatient care with flexibility in scheduling
- 9Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all interactions
Requirements9
- 15+ years experience building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading multidisciplinary therapy teams
- 3LCSW/LICSW or MHC/LMHC credentials
- 4CPC Card certification preferred
- 5Proven ability to operate independently with minimal supervision
- 6Strong communication skills for client engagement and team collaboration
- 7Experience with hybrid care models including telehealth delivery
- 8Commitment to continuous learning through CE credits and advanced training
- 9Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with measurable impact
