Coordinator of Impact and Programs
Overview
The Coordinator of Impact and Programs leads planning and execution of youth-focused and community-based programming. Reports to the Director of Impact and Programs ensures high-quality program delivery while strengthening systems that track outcomes and measure effectiveness. Out-of-school time programming builds relationships with youth and families while deepening community engagement. Ideal for someone who is both program-minded and data-informed. This role advances Teen and STEM programming initiatives.
What You'll Do20
- 1Coordinate program logistics, including schedules, materials, vendors, and staffing support
- 2Ensure programs are delivered with consistency, quality, and alignment to organizational goals and impact priorities
- 3Build and maintain positive relationships with youth, families, and community partners to support strong engagement and participation
- 4Provide on-site program support during program hours, including occasional evenings and weekends
- 5Assist in developing and maintaining systems to track program participation, outcomes, and impact
- 6Collect, organize, and analyze program data such as attendance, engagement, surveys, and assessments
- 7Support reporting efforts for internal leadership, funders, and stakeholders
- 8Identify trends and insights to inform program improvements
- 9Collaborate with the Director to refine curriculum, program structure, and participant experience
- 10Gather feedback from participants, staff, and partners to strengthen programming
- 11Support innovation efforts, particularly in STEM and teen-focused engagement strategies
- 12Maintain accurate program records and documentation
- 13Support communication efforts related to program promotion and participant engagement
- 14Assist with supply management, budgeting support, and expense tracking
- 15Ensure compliance with organizational policies and safety standards
- 16Manage multiple programs and logistics effectively
- 17Use data to inform decisions and demonstrate outcomes
- 18Connect authentically with teens and create engaging environments
- 19Work effectively with staff, partners, and stakeholders

Requirements13
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading youth programming or community-based initiatives
- 32+ years experience in youth programming Out of School Time or community-based initiatives
- 4Bachelor’s degree in Education Social Work Youth Development or related area
- 5Strong organizational and project coordination skills
- 6Experience with data tracking evaluation or program measurement
- 7Comfortable using tools such as Excel Google Sheets or programming databases
- 8Passion for youth development and equitable access to STEM opportunities
- 9Ability to manage multiple programs and logistics effectively
- 10Data and Impact Focus: Uses data to inform decisions and demonstrate outcomes
