Student Services Analyst, Admissions & Records
Overview
Owns daily student services operations in Admissions & Records within a One Stop Enrollment Services Environment. Focuses on transcript evaluation and prior learning assessment for prospective and current students and external partners. Collaborates with college administrators, faculty, staff, high schools, and industry partners to ensure compliance and accurate records management. This role stands out by leading PLA and transcript evaluation initiatives and implementing a Records Management Plan.
What You'll Do10
- 1Lead transcript evaluation and coordinate all Prior Learning Assessments to determine transfer credits
- 2Process enrollment documents and support enrollment sessions in alignment with regulations
- 3Manage Records Management procedures and develop a Records Management Plan for Admissions & Records
- 4Oversee enrollment data quality, quality assurance, and reporting across multiple systems (SSRS, CRM, SIS)
- 5Serve as liaison with internal and external partners and respond to inquiries via in person, phone, chat, and email
- 6Process enrollment verification requests, class permissions, and Dynamic Forms submissions
- 7Assist with graduation processes, auditing, and degree verification
- 8Coordinate enrollment plans for internal staff and industry partners
- 9Maintain compliance with District policies and government requirements
- 10Support Meid/password resets and CRM updates as needed
Requirements5
- 1Bachelor’s Degree from a regionally accredited institution and two years of student services or college teaching experience, or equivalent
- 2Experience with Transcript Evaluation, Prior Learning Assessment, and Graduation auditing
- 3Experience with Student Information Systems and online tools (SIS, CRM, Google Suite)
- 4Ability to coordinate, administer, plan, or evaluate enrollment programs
- 5Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to resolve student issues in a policy-driven environment
