Student Services Specialist III - North Davidson Campus
Overview
The role owns student recruitment and retention strategies while delivering student-centered services across the campus. This position builds lasting relationships with prospective students families and community partners to attract and retain learners. It focuses on comprehensive onboarding experiences and active outreach initiatives.
What You'll Do8
- 1Perform duties from the assigned campus location providing student-centered service regarding academic offerings career choices and financial aid options
- 2Develop and expand New Student Orientation activities and recruit programs for transfer and non-traditional students
- 3Plan and implement student events that foster belonging and promote retention through co-curricular initiatives
- 4Participate in recruitment events such as high school fairs college fairs and campus tours
- 5Coordinate campus testing center operations including scheduling administration and support services
- 6Assist with student payment processing and provide administrative support for daily operations
- 7Serve on college committees and oversee student workers as needed
- 8Drive initiatives that enhance student success and college completion rates
Requirements6
- 1Bachelor’s degree with two years’ experience working with students
- 2Prior customer service experience
- 3Proficient computer skills
- 4Master’s degree preferred
- 5Marketing experience and bilingual proficiency in Spanish Arabic
- 6Experience with Ellucian products Banner Career advising

$48 - $58k per year
