Primary Care Physician, In-Person Boston & Sign-On Bonus
Overview
Internal Medicine focus with a broad patient panel in a full-time Boston role. You will provide in-office and telehealth care, lead weekly rounds, and collaborate with a virtual clinical team to deliver human-centered primary care. What You'll Do10
- 1Build and manage a patient panel delivering acute, chronic, and preventive care with measurable improvements in outcomes
- 2Lead in-office procedures and telehealth visits as needed to extend access to care
- 3Contribute to weekly Clinical Rounds and daily huddles with in-person and virtual teams to coordinate care
- 4Mentor one or more NP or PA colleagues to support clinical operations and learning
- 5Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance patient experience and technology-enabled care leveraging Python style tools and data
- 6Drive continuous learning and adapt to new state licensure requirements for virtual primary care where applicable
- 7Participate in state licensure and credentialing expansion for multi-state practice
- 8Engage in human-centered care and feedback loops to improve patient satisfaction and outcomes
- 9Support ongoing quality improvement initiatives and adherence to evidence-based guidelines
- 10Maintain board certification trajectory or plan for board eligibility within 1 year of start
Requirements10
- 1Enrolled in, or completed, an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency
- 2Board Certified in Internal or Family Medicine, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain certification within 1 year
- 3Massachusetts state medical license in good standing, obtained before start date
- 4Minimum of 2 of the last 5 years in outpatient primary care
- 5Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with diverse patient populations
- 6Proficiency with technology to deliver high quality care and documentation
- 7Commitment to human-centered primary care and teamwork
- 8Willingness to obtain additional state licensure for virtual care across states
- 9Eligibility to work in the United States per E-Verify requirements
- 10Full-time availability in Boston, MA
