What You'll Do11
- 1Manage a diverse patient panel including acute chronic and well visits
- 2Conduct in-office and virtual appointments using telehealth platforms
- 3Collaborate with clinical teams through daily huddles and weekly rounds
- 4Perform in-office procedures under supervision of NPs or PAs
- 5Supervise staff and mentor junior clinicians
- 6Utilize evidence-based protocols to improve patient outcomes
- 7Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
- 8Participate in continuous learning initiatives and CME activities
- 9Develop treatment plans aligned with individual patient needs
- 10Contribute to quality improvement projects and practice analytics
- 11Support operational goals through proactive patient engagement
Requirements11
- 15+ years experience in internal medicine or family medicine
- 2Board Certified in Internal or Family Medicine
- 3California state license issued prior to start date
- 4Completed residency program in accredited program
- 5Proven track record of patient care excellence
- 6Ability to obtain additional state licensure if needed
- 7Strong communication skills for diverse patient populations
- 8Technical proficiency with electronic health records
- 9Commitment to cultural competency and inclusive care practices
