What You'll Do7
- 1Own a patient panel of 2,000+ adults, managing acute and chronic conditions like diabetes and hypertension.
- 2Conduct routine check-ups, wellness visits, and preventive screenings for all ages.
- 3Coordinate specialist referrals and follow-up care using integrated EMR systems.
- 4Collaborate with APPs and nursing staff in a team-based care model.
- 5Document clinical encounters accurately in the EMR within 24 hours.
- 6Drive patient satisfaction through 30-minute appointment slots and same-day access.
- 7Engage in quality improvement initiatives and participate in NCQA metrics.
Requirements6
- 1MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
- 2Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
- 3Active or eligible Washington State medical license.
- 4Active or eligible DEA registration.
- 50-5+ years experience in outpatient primary care, new grads welcome.
- 6Commitment to patient-centered care and evidence-based medicine.
