What You'll Do7
- 1Deliver full-scope outpatient primary care for patients of all ages, managing acute visits and chronic conditions like diabetes, hypertension, asthma, and COPD.
- 2Perform annual wellness exams and health screenings, emphasizing prevention and early detection in a patient-centered setting.
- 3Coordinate care with specialists and ancillary services, ensuring seamless transitions and follow-up using EPIC EMR.
- 4Collaborate with Advanced Practice Providers and multidisciplinary teams to achieve quality metrics in a value-based care model.
- 5Participate in quality improvement initiatives focused on clinical outcomes and patient experience.
- 6Document all patient encounters accurately and efficiently in EPIC EMR.
- 7Engage in system-wide care coordination to support continuity and reduce avoidable admissions.
Requirements7
- 1MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
- 2Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
- 3Active Washington State medical license or eligibility to obtain one before start.
- 4Active or eligible DEA registration.
- 5Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach to care.
- 6Experience with EPIC EMR is preferred but not required.
- 7New graduates are encouraged to apply.
