Overview
We seek a full-time Family Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive outpatient primary care in Seattle. You will diagnose manage chronic conditions perform preventive care coordinate specialist care use EPIC EMR and engage in quality improvement initiatives. This role emphasizes continuity of care work-life balance and collaborative practice.
What You'll Do7
- 1Build and deliver outpatient primary care services for diverse patient populations
- 2Diagnose and manage acute and chronic diseases such as diabetes hypertension asthma COPD and heart disease
- 3Conduct preventive care annual wellness visits and health screenings
- 4Coordinate care with specialists and advanced practice providers
- 5Utilize EPIC EMR for documentation and patient management
- 6Lead quality improvement and value-based care projects
- 7Drive patient-centered care approaches within a multidisciplinary team
Requirements5
- 1MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- 2Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- 3Washington State medical license or eligibility
- 4Active or eligible DEA registration
- 5Strong communication and patient-centered care skills
