What You'll Do8
- 1Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions including diabetes, hypertension, asthma, COPD, and heart disease in patients of all ages.
- 2Perform preventive care, annual wellness visits, and health screenings for a diverse outpatient population.
- 3Coordinate care with specialists and ancillary services to ensure seamless patient management.
- 4Utilize EPIC EMR for all clinical documentation, order entry, and patient communication.
- 5Collaborate with Advanced Practice Providers and multidisciplinary care teams to deliver team-based primary care.
- 6Drive quality improvement and value-based care initiatives to improve health outcomes.
- 7Participate in system-wide clinical collaboration and academic affiliations to stay current with best practices.
- 8Own a patient panel and build lasting relationships through continuity of care.
Requirements6
- 1MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
- 2Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
- 3Washington State medical license (or eligible) and active DEA registration.
- 4Strong communication and patient-centered care approach.
- 5Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- 6Eligibility for Public Service Loan Forgiveness program.
