Overview
You will own comprehensive outpatient primary care for a diverse patient panel across the lifespan at a respected not-for-profit healthcare system in the Seattle Metro Area. You will join a collaborative, team-based care model with dedicated clinical support staff, using EPIC EMR and integrated population health tools. The organization serves over 600,000 residents and includes a 300+ bed hospital, extensive clinic network, and strong academic affiliations. This role offers a 4-day workweek, phone-only call, and participation in PSLF. What You'll Do8
- 1Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for patients across the lifespan, managing acute illnesses, chronic conditions, and preventive healthcare needs.
- 2Diagnose and treat a wide range of conditions, coordinating care with specialists through the integrated referral network.
- 3Utilize EPIC EMR and population health tools to track patient outcomes and improve care quality.
- 4Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including nurses and care coordinators, to deliver patient-centered care.
- 5Perform office-based procedures and develop areas of clinical interest within the scope of family medicine.
- 6Participate in a shared phone-only call schedule designed to support work-life balance.
- 7Build long-term patient relationships through continuity of care and patient education.
- 8Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and clinical excellence within the practice.
Requirements6
- 1Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
- 2Eligible for Washington State medical license.
- 3Active or eligible DEA registration.
- 4Strong commitment to patient-centered care and clinical excellence.
- 5Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
