Overview

As a Primary Care Physician with our not-for-profit healthcare system, you will own the full spectrum of outpatient care for a diverse patient panel across the Seattle metro. You will join a collaborative, team-based care model that includes dedicated clinical support staff, integrated referral networks, and access to EPIC EMR for outcome-driven practice. This role offers a shared phone-only call schedule to preserve work-life balance, plus the chance to perform office-based procedures and shape your clinical interests. What You'll Do9

  • 1Build longitudinal patient relationships by delivering comprehensive primary care across the lifespan, from pediatrics to geriatrics.
  • 2Diagnose and manage acute illnesses, chronic conditions, and preventive healthcare needs, using EPIC EMR to track and improve patient outcomes.
  • 3Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of nurses, care coordinators, and specialists to ensure integrated, patient-centered care.
  • 4Participate in a shared phone-only call schedule, with coverage designed to support work-life balance and predictable time off.
  • 5Perform office-based procedures such as joint injections, skin biopsies, and minor suturing, and develop areas of clinical interest.
  • 6Leverage integrated population health tools within EPIC to identify high-risk patients and proactively manage their care.
  • 7Refer seamlessly to a large specialty network, including a 300+ bed acute care hospital, to expedite advanced diagnostics and treatments.
  • 8Contribute to quality improvement initiatives that uphold the organization's Patient-Centered Medical Home (NCQA) designation.
  • 9Mentor medical students and residents through strong academic affiliations, supporting the next generation of family physicians.

Requirements8

  • 1Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (completed residency within the last 5 years is preferred).
  • 2Active or eligible Washington State medical license, with DEA registration (or eligibility) before start date.
  • 3Demonstrated competency in outpatient primary care, including chronic disease management and preventive health.
  • 4Proficiency with EPIC or similar electronic medical record systems, with ability to adapt to integrated population health tools.
  • 5Strong communication and collaboration skills for a team-based care model, with a commitment to patient-centered care.
  • 6Eligibility for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) , as the organization is a qualifying employer.
  • 7New graduates are encouraged to apply, but candidates must have completed an accredited residency in Family Medicine.
  • 8Ability to perform office-based procedures is preferred, but will consider candidates willing to develop these skills.
