What You'll Do7
- 1Deliver comprehensive outpatient primary care for patients of all ages (FM) or adults (IM), focusing on continuity and preventive health.
- 2Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions including diabetes, hypertension, asthma, COPD, and heart disease.
- 3Perform preventive care, annual wellness visits, and health screenings to drive early detection and better outcomes.
- 4Coordinate care with specialists and ancillary services to ensure seamless patient management.
- 5Document and manage patient care using EPIC EMR, ensuring accurate and timely records.
- 6Drive quality improvement and value-based care initiatives to enhance population health.
- 7Collaborate with Advanced Practice Providers and multidisciplinary care teams to optimize patient care.
Requirements5
- 1MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
- 2Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
- 3Active or eligible Washington State medical license.
- 4Active or eligible DEA registration.
- 5Strong communication and patient-centered care approach.
