What You'll Do7
- 1Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions including diabetes hypertension asthma COPD and heart disease
- 2Perform preventive care annual wellness visits and health screenings
- 3Coordinate care with specialists and ancillary services
- 4Utilize EPIC EMR for documentation and patient management
- 5Participate in quality improvement and value-based care initiatives
- 6Collaborate with Advanced Practice Providers and multidisciplinary care teams
- 7Provide care in a not-for-profit healthcare system participating in PSLF program
Requirements5
- 1MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- 2Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- 3Washington State medical license or eligibility
- 4Active or eligible DEA registration
- 5Strong communication and patient-centered care approach
