What You'll Do5
- 1Build patient relationships through in-office visits and testing centers
- 2Treat a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits to improve health outcomes

- 5Drive continual learning through weekly Clinical Rounds and ongoing education
Requirements5
- 1Completed an accredited FNP or PA program with a national certification
- 2In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least: 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting, OR 1 year in an outpatient primary care setting, plus 1 year in a primary care fellowship or 1+ year in urgent care
- 3State licensed in Massachusetts prior to start date
- 4Willingness to obtain additional state licensure for virtual primary care in other states
- 5Demonstrated passion for human-centered primary care and teamwork
