What You'll Do10
- 1Build and manage a diverse patient panel across acute, chronic, and preventive care in a high-touch setting
- 2Design and conduct in-office visits, telehealth visits, and on-site testing to meet patient needs

- 4Partner with in-office and virtual teams through daily huddles to coordinate care
- 5Supervise one or more NP or PA colleagues and support clinical development
- 6Utilize state-of-the-art technology to deliver high quality care and documentation
- 7Participate in ongoing credentialing and licensure expansion for multi-state virtual care
- 8Contribute to a culture of feedback and reflection to improve patient outcomes
- 9Advance procedures and clinical skills through internal training and CME opportunities
- 10Support organizational goals to transform healthcare delivery and patient experience
Requirements10
- 1Board Certified in Family Medicine, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain certification within 1 year
- 2State license in Texas prior to start date
- 3Completed accredited Family Medicine residency program
- 4Minimum 2 of the last 5 years practicing in an outpatient primary care setting
- 5Willingness to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for virtual primary care in other states
- 6Strong communication skills and ability to care for diverse patient populations
- 7Proven clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care
- 8Commitment to patient-centered care and collaborative teamwork
- 9Adaptability to evolving healthcare delivery models
- 10Eligibility to work in the United States and meet One Medical employment requirements
